With growing demand for English speaking human resources from India, several countries in South-East Asia have evinced keen interest in sourcing Indian school and university students to work as interns in their companies across sectors. From specialised areas such as robotics, artificial intelligence, mechanical engineering and architecture to fashion, design, hospitality and communication, Indian students are in demand. Indian students on their part are equally excited about embarking on a journey of discovery, learning and amassing experience of working and living in a unique and diverse setting.

The Quest has tied up with several hotels, travel agencies and hospitality partners in Vietnam and Japan to facilitate these three to six-month internships. These internships are well defined and constructively designed with checks and balances in place. Several Indian institutes of hotel management, hospitality and travel and tourism have shown interest in sending their students through Quest to these countries to gain practical experience in the area of cookery and baking, marketing and business development, communication and digital media, guest relations, accounting and general management. Also while they are living in the country, they will get to travel, gather some community work hours and soak in other social and cultural experiences.
