Building on the legacy and partnerships of ICAC

The QUEST builds on the legacy and partnerships created over the last 15 years by the India China Alliance for Cooperation (ICAC). The organisation has succeeded in establishing relationships of repute through Cooperation Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding, goodwill associations and mutually beneficial partnerships with universities, schools, institutes, think tanks and companies in China.

Since 2016, associations have been built in Japan, Israel, Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia and United Kingdom. The organisation has hosted several Chinese delegations comprising officials from Provincial education departments, Principals and Directors of Universities and Institutes of Higher learning. Many of the study tours have resulted in helping formalise Chinese language labs in Indian universities with signing of MoUs that have facilitated faculty and student visits to China, Japan and UK. Several Indian universities have invited international faculty to their college festivals, annual days and commemorative events besides as guest faculty for special lecture series.

In the coming years, more institutional partners are being added who will join hands with The QUEST to create value-added programmes that are relevant and of interest to academia, faculty and students on both sides. Some Universities with whom there is a good working relationship include:
