Launch of new initiative called "S.T.R.I.V.E"
The Quest taps into the international sourcing market by reaching out to students of Class XII and above to enrol for Germany's Ausbildung programme which offers 3-years diploma programme allowing students to study free of cost and do paid internship in the specialisations of Nursing and Healthcare; Tourism and Hospitality; Mechatronics; and Information Technology. It also works with students of nursing colleges to equip them with skills, language training and other social and cultural orientation sessions to prepare them for nursing careers in Germany, United Kingdom, Malta and others. It has tied up with reliable partners in India and Germany and is striving to fill the human resource gap which many of the countries have given their aging population and shrinking workforce.
